To all unmarried couple: Seize the present time

To all unmarried couple, seize the present time. You cannot undo what you have already done if you are already married.

Seize the present time na young, wild and free pa kayo. From my experience, ang dami kong nararanasang doubts, questioning myself, my decisions. Girls, wag ganun. Huwag nating hayaang tine-take for granted na tayo.

It is time to value ourselves as women. Let us stand and tell our partners na kaya natin kahit na wala sila, that way we will not depend on them, that way makikita nila kung gaano tayo ka strong and independent. That way, they will see our worth not as their wife anymore, but the woman a deserving man could ask for.

2 Major Changes for First-time Mothers

While we say that change is really dynamic, we can't always pertain to pure positive things nor the negative ones. Results of this not just leads to our happiness nor destruction to our wants or desires in life. It will always be a mixture of those.

Becoming a mother does not just end on giving birth or by being the legal guardian of a child or children. It is an unending responsibility.  It is more likely to say, carrying the whole world. Being a mother is a task itself. Here are some of the reasons why:

1) Change of routinary activities. If you are an organized person with an established schedule that already runs in your blood and  considered it a lifestyle,  being a mother would change that. If you are used to monitor your sleeping hours, this time, being a first time mother, would not let you think of having enough sleep anymore. What you are going to monitor now are your mother duties, if they are completely achieved, even if they mean sleepless nights. Especially if your child is between 0- 3 years, your routine includes feeding the baby, putting him/ her into sleep, washing the bottles (if she is bottle fed) plus household chores as a wife and many more. The good thing here is that, no matter how tired you are, seeing your baby soundly asleep or hear his/ her laughter, already makes you feel good. It's really a relief so don't miss those cuddling moments with your baby.

2) Change of Priorities. Being a mother doesn't make you realize this. By just observing how your mother treats you already gives you an idea regarding this concept. If you have witnessed your mother sacrifice almost everything just to give you a good future, most probably you have already instilled in your mind that once you will become a mother, you will do the same thing or be better at it. Well, while some did not experience that, if you are true mother,  even if you had bad experiences from your mother, you will end up not doing the same thing to your child, rather treats them very well, even if your mother did not do it that way. You will always think of your child's needs before yours. It is true that if there is a choice between your supplements or infant milk, lipstick or diaper, new shoes or your child's toys and the like, you will always end up choosing the second option.

"Your child's necessities is your top priority now.  As they say, it is mother's love."

Nevertheless, with all of these, the most interesting part is when your child becomes progressive as his/ her age does.

To mention, here's a video of the progress of my daughter talking about her studies.

WHAT TO WEAR

EYELINER

Crying all night is a pain straight from my heart

Waking up is nowhere to start.

Until I got my purse with eyeliner in it.

First thing that came to my mind is use it.

Not to beautify my face but...

to put an outline to my swollen eyelids directing my thoughts about my faith that SOMEONE has always been with me through all the hardships...

to hide how charming my eyes are not showing that I can stay positive even if the world is negatively against me...

and to normalize the state of my eyes believing that everything is going to be calm because all is well and wisely put.

How about you? Have you applied yours?

For a Peaceful Mind - Pause Take a Break!

PAUSE! Take a BREAK

To a busy father overloaded with works to sustain finances, to a shilly-shallying mother mashed up with thoughts of how to improve living and to those people who reach the peak of everything, pause-take a break!

One day after God had contentedly created the universe, he paused, took a break and reflected on what He has done—and so should we in this world. Cranked with all the paper stuffs, undecided to do anything on something and stressed with what to do with life...Oh! Come on! He had planned everything. All is set according to His will and all is well and wisely put.  Long before problems were created, there are already solutions. We need not to rush; all is in the good hands of our Father. We need not to be worried; achieving of dreams is timely. We need not to surrender; sunshine comes after the rain, there is always hope. Our ups and downs were already drawn in the records. Accept them, reflect from them and learn from them. By that time, you paused and took a break.
Come what may there are times when you feel tired, why be sad when you can choose to be happy and why be stocked with what to do in the future when you can reminisce the past and ponder on what is to be removed and what is to be continued in the present.  Life doesn’t come as you please but it gives you decisions to make. God has given us our nervous system not to have nerves to be nervous for all our insecurities but the brain to think wisely. Choose not only to exist but to live! Life is worth living when you have a purpose. Define your goal. It’s not always how to make money but how you can share others all the richness you have. Make your name historical and commendable for the people. Upon reaching one success, pause-take a break! Climb up the next steps because aims are indefinite, they are endless.

Wonder why this is all about optimism? Because it’s not you all along! It has always been Him. He has laid the bed for you to rest. Don’t hesitate to accept the offer. Everybody deserves it. You deserve it. Now, be at peace. Pause and take a break!
